CODE OF CONDUCT
A core goal of ShieldCon is to provide an enjoyable and fulfilling environment. To help facilitate that goal for the benefit of all, participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers) are required to agree with our code of conduct.
ShieldCon is dedicated to providing a positive experience for everyone.
We will not tolerate harassment of participants, volunteers, staff, or speakers in any form.
All content should be appropriate for a diverse group and be generally professional in nature.
While some satire, sarcasm, and jokes may be okay, those that are exclusionary, racist, sexist, harassing, or offensive to participants are not.
Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the Con; report issues to Con organizers or through your chain of command (or both).
Talk information and presenters has been obfuscated, we promise the actual topics and talks are much more interesting than they appear here.
See on-site flyers for specific information.
